Nitram15's LeaderHead gallery!

Kinyerni a textúrát és modellt a Fallout 3 -ból nem olyan egyszerű. Egyrészt, mert más NIF verzióra íródott, más részt kicsomagolni negyed/fél órába telt.
That sounds familiar to me. Some of Walther Hawkwoods buildings I edited, were also of a different version. Also, that unpack issue is well known. That's why mods that use good, but packed art are driving me crazy... Is there actually a valuable advantage of packing the art? Do the mods get much smaller compared to mods that are rar-ed or 7z-ed afterwards? Don't know... Anyways, you are doing a good job. It's really worth you are suffering so much pain with that as the results you are producing are great!

Load time is decreased by about 5 times (i.e. loading takes about 20% of the time it would take to load the same mod with unpacked art)

But Fallout 3 packages isn't .pak files! They are .bsa what are need special programs to unpack. Unpacking is very fustrating.:)
And NifScope can't open Fallout 3 Nif models!

Hmm... That's an argument. On the other side, my mods load fast enough for me. Even on my poor laptop, at least considering the unhandyness packing causes.

Well, then it is worse for you then it was for me. Never heard about .bsas before and nifskope crashed only for me when mixing nifs of different version. But please, don't give up, it's really worth the work!

I've recognized your new Álmos only now. You've definately improved it! Still, if I'd be you I'd consider the following changes:
- Reducing the light a little. The hat is overenlighted, in my opinion.
- Colour the white parts. The hat for example was quite okay in your first version, I'd simply continue using its texture.
Besides of that, Álmos really improved. Congrats! Unfortunately, I still don't think that I'll add him to my mod. 6 leaders are really enough and I don't want to replace Árpád.

Yeah, some times it is good to stop working on something for a while and then come back to it. Like you already did with Álmos. The Capo and Ekmek also did that with some of their leaderheads. This ways you get some distance, reduce frustration and maybe you'll even have some new ideas. Maybe I'll come back to Nagy one day as well. He really could be fattier. On the other side, I wouldn't mind if you'd give that a go either  I think you'd need to nifswap him with alex, though, to be able to import him in Blender. Also, it could be that you will have to 'reset' the rotation / translation / scale matrix of the meshes in sceneviewer. Oh, I forgot: sceneviewer doesn't work for you, right? Well, I could do that. I could document that and in Blender you might reapply these changes their. Interested? Oh, but first, we should finish Ruga anyways.

I really like that Cheng LH, and I think it could be useful as Mao during the Chinese civil war. If anyone winds up making a mod/scenario for it, they should certainly use this "militarized Mao." I think it's your best work yet. Good work. :goodjob:

Just want to let you know Nitram; you'll probably get an infraction for your signature, it is only supposed to be five lines long. I know this because I have had one myself.

Your Cheng looks pretty good, but I don't get how he's based on Saladin? Do you mean the animations? :)

Huh, then I'm just within the limit, I suppose... Good to know I shouldn't enlengthen it anymore.
