Is it because they did not understand English all that well? Maybe they thought the game would poke fun at their leader. Who knows? When I saw him, I thought he was cool looking, and did not feel right at all that he was not going to be allowed in. In fact it is horse dung!

Something I'm surprised about after contemplation is that they made all the calculations for the profitability and availability of trade routes and put them in an easy menu. That takes a lot of guesswork out of it. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

They've lived in New Mexico for generations. They have to regularly deal with the United States government. I doubt there are many among any Indian tribe that isn't fluent in English (I suspect many learn English as a first language). Here is their website completely in English.
It's possible there's a cultural misunderstanding, but it's not a linguistic one.

So far they are just repeating the demo from yesterday. But they just disclosed Brazil's Unique Ability - Carnival - Tourism benefit when Carnival is going on (tied into Golden Age system - their Golden Ages are called Carnival) - Tourism from Brazil is boosted

Chose a different Great Artist (James Abbot McNeil Whistler) and created Arrangement in Grey and Black.
They showed the "Your Culture" screen in the Tourism interface, that allows you to move Great Works between buildings and cities.
