Listening to it, only ~15 minutes through and it is freaking awesome! I like to join in on the next one, however it will be difficult because of timezones.

We do have to limit the number of people who are on at one time. Whilst the call limit for Skype is 10, having that many people on will lead to nothing but chaos, confusion, and a whole lot of white noise. Sonereal made the suggestion of having three co-hosts and two guests; I'd support that plan, though I, of course, need AA's approval before we do it at the next podcast.

Maybe find people relevant to the topics at hand? If anything I would go crazy and have a host and everyone else as rotating co-hosts, choosing which ones to have based on who was in the IOTs you were talking about and who were major players in that game.
From what I have seen you will have plenty of people to choose between

Five is doable, that's what happened on Saturday in the TWC podcast I'm in. 6 is the most I would ever be willing to put up with.

If not, perhaps you could hold it over Ventrilo, which allows people to be muted/unmuted as necessary. Yes Ventrilo actually does serve a purpose besides being a source of memes.

This allows people to speak as necessary and would serve to control a large crowd.
