He's talking about the HIV, which is infectious, although equally not avoidable from a simple shower. Although HIV/AIDS misinformation is widespread in parts of Africa, with one alleged cure being sex with a virgin.

Interesting misrepresentation. Funny how things can be so simple in some cartoons...

McCullough has an amazing talent for laying out the beginnings of a decent analysis, and then scrapping it after five hundred words in favour of the conclusion that it's all down to everyone who isn't J.J. McCullough being an uncontrollable zealot.

The two Mali cartoons made me laugh. The Hollywood violence is wrong....also I cant tell if its referring to A Clockwork Orange or the flick that originally had that song.
 
I doubt it's anything specific, but I'm sure it's not Singin' in the Rain.
