NPCs!

Looks really interesting. Are they going to be active in perusing goals or are they mostly reactive?
Also any of those NPC's cyborgs?
Geeze, what's left at this point? Graphics trudge? Soldier on, sir, you're a machine.
Post of bugs. Things shall be edited in as I find them, because I am too excited to wait and post a handful at time:
- You forgot the Yanii math research discount modifier.
- The Yanii have "Like Temperate"... but they have a bigger innate like bonus for Chill than for Temperate? They really hate hot temperatures that much? Should I buy some refrigerators for them to live in?
It's the only me-specific one, unless we're going to talk about the Corans being the same thing as 科拉.@Dachs; you think that's the only example of that sort of thing?![]()
Do the Ilosians have two overseers operating delugian bases for some form of diplomatic agreement (food? similar?).
I have a LOT of overseers, I suspect that is to overcome the slight weakness in population movements away from the mining outposts...
qoou said:Right, so this idea came up on #nes, and there seems to be quite a bit of interest. Would you mind if one of us (us being the #nes SysNES players) ran a simplistic mini-SysNES (~4 people tops), with a handful of test systems and not necessarily canon factions, using the current public versions of the calculators?
And if yes, would you rather it be run in the thread, in While We Wait, by PM, no preference?
Oh another question; if a market has empty unfilled slots, and you want to create another, what are the resisting factors? Is there a base assumption? Has this already been answered?
