Promotion Overhaul for VP

Nope? Rather not. What's the issue?
Well, I changed it now. No longer give only +15% CS, it's a dull promotion IMO.
Now it's a temporary promotion that only appears if your naval docked on the city's workable border, much more interesting gameplay-wise.
+1 Move. +5% CS and +5 HP when healing inside of friendly territory. Promotion only lasts for 1 turn.
 
v36 for VP 3.6.2 and EE v8.
 
v37 introducing new promotions for upcoming UCS v13.
 
New promotion in UCS v14 means v38 must be released, and here it is!

- all Clermont promotions now have (C) in their names;
- fixed Deus Vult! description;

v40 is on with some changes adapting to VP 3.10.1 and UCS v15:

v42 arrived and it should be compatible with latest VP 4.2.1. Massive revision and catching multiple errors. Also some changes and tweaks. So far only main part. Later on I will do revision also for UCS and MW parts.

    - in the meantime fixed many wrong values and corrected missing bonuses or these that are nonexistent anymore;
    - adjusted Pedia categories;
    - fixed and changed few names;
- deleted ENW references and compatibility files;
- now negative promotions (or sometimes mixed) have negative things marked red (were gold);
- many fixes to RCS-CS errors;
- swapped [ICON_VIEW_CITY] with [ICON_VP_SIGHT];
- many minor chages;

A couple of suggestions to make info easier to read:

- Don't abbreviate words to CS and RCS, what's the point of that, save a few pixels? -- took me awhile to even figure out what those stand for.
- Maybe also start each sentence on a new line, that way everything stacks vertically, like bullet points on a list. -- again, easier/faster read flow.

I don't think I have enough energy to do such a rework. While it sounds reasonable, CS and RCS are common abbreviations.

Well first one can be just a simple find and replace, but then again, I'm no modder so I wouldn't know.
Just for reference, what does CS and RCS stand for anyway? I thought it was City-State but that wouldn't make sense. My second guess would be Combat Strength.

Which is to say, depends on the context they are used in, it can mean both. Even if they are common on this forum, they can mean different things someplace else.

This is an overhaul, so it should be safe to change every mention of CS and RCS to just :c5strength: Combat Strength, UNLESS the promotion column actually does only work on ranged attacks.

I'm actually going to work on VP's wordings eventually.
