Career trolls are not just found in the alt-right, or in the general right. I find it quite dangerous to look up to tv/media personalities in the first place. And, again, Trump was a result of just this kind of bad obsession with celebrities and their precious views, and posing as a champion for part of the population. SJWs are another example of this phenomenon, although there it may be even a bit more ominous that their following seems all the more loyal and of the view they found a champion.
Media champions= bad omen.

Imo, it is to be always the case that such champions are lowly people themselves, in one way or another (or in many ways). Actually caring people don't usually aspire to be marketed as your champion.

^More ominous re further dumbening down the debate, which in the end led to the current potus as well as the dem nomination that managed to lose to said potus clown. Remember that the dem party was supposed to be the more educated one, but in reality it has become clown/troll infested too media-wise.
If there were no analogous trolls/cretins in the "left", there wouldn't be those in the right either. Solution will have to involve making the level of debate better, not attacking some of the media trolls as if that can possibly make polarization subside at all.

I see it more of a comment that SJWs can come from both sides of the political spectrum, as the child and mother would not count.as SJWs
As its the crusade that makes a SJW, the picking up on issues and running with them like say overly criticising SJWs would then class one as an SJW

If I'm ever convinced there's some actual nazis, I might be right there with you punching them. It would depend I guess, I'm not going out of my way to track down and punch impotent, scattered radicals (who will always exist). A guy like Richard Spencer, I don't mind you punching him, but I don't think he could become treasurer of his local homeowners association, let alone any position of power.

Usually though when we talk about nazis were referencing something a person has in common with Nazis, which could be something as innocuous as wearing pants. I've seen "conservative" memes floating around comparing Hillary Clinton or Obama to nazis for example, because of some similar statement or policy position. As long as I can recall we've been comparing each other to Nazis and wanting to punch each other much of the time. Take this rationalization up a notch and actually start punching people if you're ready for the consequences, but it's a bad look.

As I've said, there is a simple bright line test.

"Does X advocate for mass killings of human beings as a political position?" If yes, then punch that person.
