I got an 800g bag of Maltesers. And they melted. So now i have one 800g Malteser.
TIL: I did not know that those who lived on Malta were called maltesers. At 800g they must be little ones.

My ISP must have crashed at least two dozen times yesterday. [pissed]

I went to Kayla'a to use theirs, but they were having a power blackout. :wallbash:

My thoughts would be : "Is there a way to reattach chocolate on them:think:"

Rant: I ate something bad. :vomit:

Wife went to sign up for health insurance at her new job. I talked over the plan for her to pick, a pretty good one at $140 per month. Well it turns out that I misinterpreted the cost schedule - I thought it was $1400 spread out over her 10 month contract. Nope, it's $1400 a month for mediocre coverage. So we had to get the crappy plan which means there's a good chance we're going to lose our doctors. I need to get another job fast.

And this is why I shouted at the TV when in the last debates the Democrats attacked Medicare For All because 'people want choice and want to keep their doctors'. What a crock of disconnected-from-reality horse crap.

Not if you defund it enough.

Rant: Elections! The first round is next Bunday and until Friday all broadcasts (TV, radio, Internet streaming) are littered with mandatory political advertising. Hjälp.

Do they think the state assigns you a doctor for the duration of your life or something?
I've been fortunate to have only two regular doctors throughout my life. The one I have now has been my doctor for over 30 years. I started panicking this spring when my pharmacist erroneously told me she was retiring this summer.

Thank goodness she was only taking time off for her own health issues (surgery). She promised she's not retiring any time soon - I dread the day when she does and I'll have to try to find another doctor. Female doctors taking new patients aren't plentiful around here.

I also have only had two doctors for my entire life. The first one either retired or moved away but i can't remember 'cause i was like 6 and i've had my current one for like 25 years...

pfft, who needs doctors?
