Look, a distraction!
The system is obscene. Basically if I were rich enough I could keep all my money offshore and arrange transfers on two separate circuits, one outside Argentinistan and one inside it; of course, if I were that rich I wouldn't need a job, because that's how the world has been engineered to be.
But if I am a registered small business, etc. etc. then the government arbitrarily decides how much I'll earn based on arcane concepts, tax me based on that, then give me the rest of the year to actually earn the money for which I've already been taxed. I can apply for a refund, but with 48% year-on-year inflation I lose 48% of that money because it's not tied to inflation. So, yes, I can lose less money by not working if I'm in… what's the opposite of a sweet spot? A bitter spot? A sour spot? An umami spot? A salt(-in-the-wounds-)y spot? Well, whatever the metaphor is, I am trying to move out of that spot.

The solution then is to become rich. That way you can buy video games.
Hah. Funny thing: I can earn money from customers and get it on PayPal; as long as I don't ‘download it’ into a real bank to pay for groceries or utilities the government can't find me and I can still use it to pay videogames.
It's as if life WANTED me to be a lifelong gamer bum.
Mobiles? My personal convictions regarding personal freedoms, mass idiotisation, (and over the years, once we began to find out, conflict-zone materials, anti-ecological practices, etc.) means no cellphones.

It is not foolproof, but Western Union works in a pinch. (At least here.)
Source: Had to use Western Union for over a year to receive money.
But that requires someone to take the money you have in PayPal and then send the remaining funds to you via WU, which charges, shall we say, hefty fees. So probably better to have your would-be clients pay you via WU directly.
