Megas XLR is not anime, you Flaaming nincompoop.

*falls down to knees* Please tell me this isn't true.
It happens. The trick is to not let it interfere too much with enjoying life, or keeping a sense of humor.

I think I might be too twisted not to have a sense of humour, thankfully.

Can vouch.

Oops. I used the wrong line on the tax tables. I don't owe $1,000. I am owed $8.

:band::beer::banana:
Much better. Now about the rainy season.....

Big change.

I'm going to pay taxes again next year! I am looking forward to that. I paid taxes from ages 14 to 17, then nothing from 18 to 24 because welfare isn't taxable and I didn't make enough money otherwise to be eligible.

No longer being a leech on society is pretty neat, gotta say.

OK, I do have a sense of humour, it's confirmed.

Rant: Both walk-in clinics in town are fully booked and my ear problems are getting even worse  I dont think its earwax anymore.

Just read an article about Ariana Grande being diagnosed with PTSD as a result of that bombing that took place at one of her concerts. Why is this a rant? Because the article went on this huge thing about how horrible PTSD is and society needs to do a better job of dealing with it. This makes me angry because thousands of soldiers, myself included, have suffered and/or still suffer from PTSD and society at large barely takes notice or lifts a finger to solve the problem; yet one famous pop star gets PTSD and all of a sudden it's a huge issue that needs to be solved immediately.

For clarification: This is not a rant against Ariana Grande herself. I am sure she really does suffer from PTSD, since going through a terrorist attack like that would certainly cause it. This is a rant against society and its celebrity worship that causes no one to care about anything until it happens to someone famous.

Rant, I feel like I have a whole lot of catching up to do to be a mature person and getting my act togeather.

I would say that society in general is aware of PTSD in soldiers, but the people most likely to consume celebrity news like this could also be the least likely to know about PTSD, so this piece does a service in spreading awareness.

I ate bad food. It smelled and tasted fine, but the reaction was pretty quick (<20 minutes).

I cannot be trusted.

Most cooked food you should keep max 2-3 days.
There are exceptions, some things with milk, raw eggs, raw fish should go faster, some other stuff can stay longer (different cakes, and stuff which is very salty/sweet). But I'd not eat most already cooked things after 6 days.

We already knew about the latter, but this is why we have refrigeration and/or re-cooking food.

Despite my general lack of intelligence, I don't leave food on the counter for six days.

Did you seal it up before putting it in the fridge?
