Start a new round then.
Guess work might again be the best option.
(slightly related: Got some new project dumped on me. Hell yeah, more of it

)
...and even more. I can't...
A good depiction of my current work life would be a person in a lab coat bludgeoning me with a hard drive, saying "We have more data!!!".
Na, seriously. They do stuff, and don't organize who's going to deal with it.
When the other PhD student who's working on the same project is gone in a few months, then I'll have a dozen of people on my back, all wanting to get stuff done.
Not including the ones who'll bother our technician, who also has too much stuff to do.
I seriously hope that this B.sc. thesis I'm currently supervising is going to work out, else we'll be completely lost, if we don't get that pipeline running.
And we need another server. When the workload is high, sometimes half of the lab could need 2 per person, or 3. At the end of the week I'll need to occupy one for the next 2-3 weeks, not including that last batch of work.
And we have only 3 servers atm.
*gah*
Work isn't fun.
