After careful deliberation, I've decided that... stuffed crust sucks. At least the kind that Pizza Hut has. It's just thick, barely edible cheese in a hollow bread tube. Awful. Disgusting.

The scarf or bandana is to catch the spit you fling when you talk, or cough or just breathe. It benefits other people, not you. I'm really pushing for that to become normalized because it will have long term benefits in future flu seasons.

There is an employee, his father is known to be a very honest and good person, and he is well connected to our company. So we accepted his son and give him a role. This man is really don't have a good intention while working with us. First we caught him sleeping. Then now my officer from the capital call me, while it is currently his turn to be in the office, just to take care of some stuff while the other at home, he report to his manager that he is at the office currently, but after the manager verified it, it is clear that he is lying, he is not in the office. So I call my CEO, my CEO say if it is not because of his father he should've kick him out, and he told me to call him myself, I never really notice or call the guy before, this is my first time calling him, I just know his name.

So I ask my officer to tell him to call me. After waiting for so long he call me via whatsapp, I told him you know what, just miscall me I will call you back. After we done that I ask him "do you know why I call you right now" "no no why you call me?" he really don't give a crap about this issue, I tell him "don't my officer tell you the reason of why you should call me?" he told me "oh yea yea" "then why you told me you don't have any idea?" "I'm sorry sir I don't know" after that I just silent, I cannot believe who he take this issue very lightly, if I were him I already so embarrassed and call in humility. "halo?" not answering his halo I just tell him "you are such an embarrassment to your father do you know that? if not because of him I already kick you out not from today, but from a month before" "I'm sorry sir" "so what did you offer us if we willing to take you in again?" "I promise I will not do that again" I just silent. I really really want to fired him. But after that the phone is cutted, and now he just call me again. Dang, I'm so angry right now.

I told him there is already your friend who got kick out because of that, do you know that? he told me yes, I still hold it out because of your father. Now you going to give a letter of statement, that if you do a single atom of mistake, I'm going to kick you out from the office, do you understand that? yes I understand. I give you second warning, the third you'll be out from the office, and know that I give you no value I just value your dad. That I just end the call.

What's this about a quarantine?

No inter-island travel.

They've done other types of stuffed crust where the crust had these little spoon shapes around the edge that they dolloped cheese into and that was good. But yeah their standard stuffed crust tastes like neither cheese nor crust and is awful.

I've never had good stuffed crust pizza. The stuffing in the crust just makes the pizza really dense and greasy.

Basic pepperoni with stuffed crust or garlic stuffed crust is really nice.

Bad employees with connections are tough to deal with. I think you did well. Give him formal, written warnings and when he messes up again, fire him. that is being a good manager for your company. Make sure you follow up your phone call with this bad guy by talking to your boss and telling him what you did and what was said when you had your calls.

I haven't done that yet. Many people in the office afraid of my call (thankfully), I'm HR manager and I hold other role that is important in this small company, but when I talk to him on the phone he put up that lazy voice like "yea yea yea why you call yea yea" is really boiled my brain, I really intended to give him a chance nicely until he really challenged me with his attitude.
