So, I've gotten all my projects at work as far as I can - two things handed on to other teams for their input, one thing waiting for a simulation to run - and thus I have no work to do. And while this last fact is generally quite a pleasant thing, the rant is that all three things are inevitably going to come back to me at the same time. So in a couple of days, I'll go from nothing to do, to having three things all of which need doing at the same time. This shouldn't have happened - the simulation was meant to run over the weekend but I made a stupid mistake in the configuration (managed to have an inflow of air instead of water) and the results were consequently not what I wanted...

Not really. I expect to get similar marks, but oooh, I hate it when you just deliver the test and then you remember of this or another thing you should have taken into account.

also no, it isn't hard, I barely looked at the book. If I had, I wouldn't have made those mistakes.

Damn Brits & their nice weather... their storm hit here and now everything is soaking wet...apart from electricity...which isn't...at all present. On nights like these I think warmly about diesel generators but probably will never buy one. Life without electricity is weird.

Woot - if I was drunk & nearby a lake I wouldn't be here whining but I felt that my inevitable Spanish world domination was unjustly prevented on turn 105, roughly - though it's probably safe to say that none of the other nations had electricity either at that point...

What would drive a Catalan to learn Russian? Is Газпром now hiring them away from Spain ? Wouldn't hurt considering finding a job in Spain is probably harder than trying to find the Elixir of Immortality.
