Meh. Technically, they never say that Pulay-pulau Bompa is actually within Sondonesia, just that Rastapopoulos, Allan, et al have recruited them in exchange for arms. And the last place they were hailed from was Makassar.

Anyway, to add a legitimate (ish) rant, I have insomnia.

I think that one was written during the occupation, so as far as I can remember no real countries were mentioned at all.... seemed safer to stick to total fnatasy. Cant wait for the movies, but they wont be as good. they cant be.

At work I have to teach the new kitchen-hand (who hardly speaks any English) how to do his job. It seemed he was getting impatient, so this is a rant for him. I mean, it must be embarrassing for a 40+ man to be taught how to do his job by a 16yo. And I'm not even a kitchen-hand. So, for Sam-
