0.5 m 500 kg

Yeah, I know, I'm out of shape. But friendly. In a short bloated kind of way. A bit like a tractor tyre.

I say you're 6', 11 stone.

5'5" 10.5 st.

But the height figure is misleading. Since I started out at 5' 9".

(Don't ask. It's complicated.)

jeez i'm 6'2", 190 lbs and i still need to lose some...

Stop drinking then! Alcohol has loads of fat cells in it!

5'9" and 240 lb. And my knees are wearing down. My body is irreparably broken and I'm only 18.

17 stone is way too much, yes, but you can lose weight. Be glad that you're only 18!

I'd like to be in your situation. My weight is seemingly precarious, so in order to stay the weight I've managed to get to or go even lower, I have to constantly monitor my eating, which is annoying. It leaves me always so hungry.

Appetite is partially a learned attribute. If you're used to eating a lot on a regular basis, you'll need to train your stomach to be content with a more sensible intake. Try drinking (not alcohol!) or eating liquid foods lot more, as that fills up the stomach more easily and fools the brain into not sending out those appetite warning pangs.

Sound advice from someone who is underweight!

Take up Mackesons, Arakhor. It's not called sweet stout for nothing.

GAH! I don't know why iTunes made an autoreset or something, now I had to pick my entire library and rearrange it again. 828 songs, 190 albums, 120 artists, after discarding some 500 which were basically repeated files and files which are located elsewhere and thus iTunes freezes upon playing. vYes, I had to manually delete some 500 songs from the library. And correctly arrange some albums, etc. I got stuff to do, man! I can't be stuck with this all day!

Had 45 Fleetwood Mac albums some guy passed me. I'm left with 22 after some cleansing of most live albums and all compilations, although with 256 songs still makes up more than a quarter of my library.

I'm really not a fan of alcohol. I don't much like the taste (generally speaking) and my low body mass ensures it runs straight through me.

5'11" master race. Anything more is too tall, anything less is too small. This is well known.

Wait until you have to sleep in hospital. They have a great way of making you feel tall, even if you aren't. :)

I get this weird thing though, or maybe its not weird considering the loss of weight, that even though I'm entirely full I still have an urge to eat. Keeps me from keeping snacks in my dorm, since I'll go through way too much in way too little time to keep up with my diet.

It might just be the effect of a smaller stomach though, or something like that. A single plate of food will fill me up nice and tight at dinner, but then 3 hours later I'm ravenous again.

I've had that.

I think it's the body's reaction to the message that there's a famine round the corner. You're telling it, by restricting your food intake below what it's got used to, that food is in short supply in the outside world generally.

We've evolved over a long time to deal with food shortages in the most efficient way possible.

6' ~130lbs

I wear 29x32 pants :( hard to find
Yeah, they are extremely hard to find. I'm borderline between 29x32 and 30x32.

i'll ignore the fact that the sentence makes no sense scientifically (:p).

i don't drink that much. to counteract it, i really drink only water nowadays (besides alcohol), trying to eat well, and exercise on a semi-regular basis. the problem is that at my height and metabolism it's pretty hard to lose weight.

Yeah, it's very annoying to deal with; takes a lot more willpower to forgo the urge to eat. Hopefully it will be worth it and after a while that urge will subside.

Not really, 6' is reasonably tall, more than 6' 4'' is too much.

Anyway, I'm 181cm by ~75kg, most of my fat is on the chest so I have a pretty huge belly. I wouldn't say I hate my body but my torso is seriously disproportionate from the rest of the body and it's pretty bad to see.

Not for women, they'd dominate us. It's bad enough that we've allowed them to learn how to read.

I like big women. The bigger the better.

It brings out the Alpinist in me.
