I got an overdue notice on a book I'm pretty sure I turned it and certainly don't have.

This is what happens when I trust people to do what they're supposed to, they don't. Luckily the library staff know me and will probably cut me slack, especially if I find it on the shelf.

That or I did lose it somewhere, although I kind of remember turning it in.

It's 18 by default IIRC but a lot of mods change that

The same is true of Civ3, only in Civ3, the editor won't let you make any more than 31 civs.

Of course, in BTS, there's 34 by default, so...

I'll say, I'm I the only person left who likes not only to spell words properly while texting, but goes out his way to ensure the inclusion of semi-colons; a fact of which I am very proud

People who send me messages with correct spelling and grammer will receive a likewise message in return. People who use shorthand grammer and mannerisms will receive likewise in return - hopefully it will make them realise how incomprehensible it can be.

It's a hardcoded limit in C3C. You can't mod it past 31 civs, however you can definately mod Civ4 to over 31 civs.

Most people I know use predictive text, which more or less requires proper spelling to be used.

Same here. I don't think I've ever sent a message without full grammar and punctuation, regardless of the language I'm using.
