I sent this email to a friend and decided to repost it here.

Subject: legendary customer service!

OK, here's a silly one. I was having trouble finding the savegame location for a certain game. (Backup purposes). Anyways I shot off an email to the publisher, hoping that they might be able to help. I shouldn't have counted on that. I got an email back after a month saying "try updating your drivers." Really.

Then again that's what you get for buying cheap budget games.
