This world is spiraling deeper and deeper into a dark and inescapable pit.

Why? It seems to be getting better. We get to watch the Republican Party implode, and short of a major catastrophe, a second term Obama. I can't speak for the rest of the world though.

The American elections are rather small-time compared to the bigger picture.

43% of married women in Ohio voted for Santorum.

Whiskey...

Tango...

Foxtrot...

I'd echo these statements, but remember that most of the people who voted in the primary are probably Republicans.

I get the impression that some literary theorists use excessively complicated language just because they can. I find it tiresome.

Wow.

I got pissed off at the RL world at around midnight, and loaded the Earth 2010 scenario for civ 4, and nuked away. Nuking every city, town, village, hamlet, and cottage is way too time-consuming. What compounded the problem was that far too many cottages required 12 nukes to destroy. 3.5 hours in Civ 4, compared to when I used to do the same thing in Civ 2 MGE in a little over an hour.

Next time, I'm skipping the cottages.

Spoiler :
If you're wondering how I got so many nukes, it should be obvious that I worldbuilder'ed them into existence. :p

Except for a few moments from 2:55 till 3:05 this afternoon, today has been a complete waste of time.

And of course, now that I'm home, I get to actually do stuff now.

Rant: I will never try for a serial thread again. :(

Sorry. I didn't save it for later reload. :( Plus, I've no clue how to make videos of Civ 4 games.

It actually froze up for a few seconds.

Autosave?
No. :( I did it all in a single turn. How I was able to get that many nukes was to go into worldbuilder, select the ICBM, find a good small area of a few tiles, and left click repeatedly as fast as I could, moving on to a new tile once my finger got tired.

Why all the ot members leaving. I just read the thread at the top about arrivals and leavings.
