I don't get why that would make someone angry. All it would tell me is that the other person is being weird.
Here's another random thought: Earthquakes are weird. Why? Think about it: Here we are just floating in space and the planet just spontaneously decides to start doing the chimichanga.
It makes someone mad,especially when you've done it for the 1,000th time, because it comes off like you are treating their profession as if it were somehow a joke or not worthy of praise. You get the best results from someone who is really, really proud of their job.
