You also get rid of lots of old crap if it burns up!

A few days ago I saw a rather interesting dream. In one sequence someone committed suicide, out of the blue and in a rather ultra-gruesome manner having to do with see-through body-bags and a peculiar type of near-dismemberment which led to re-assembling for educational purposes/atonement in front of a specific audience.
I am pretty sure it was darker than any death seen in a movie. I do have a good impression as to what it meant/why it happened. Not that I am going to elaborate ^_^

You picked this yourself, didn't you?

Well, I certainly didn't pick my parents' house and, technically, whilst I did pick a job nearby after I moved out, I didn't expect to still be there 15 years later.

I still had the same job? One does not lightly cast aside employment when one lives in the country.

I've lived in the same house for around 30 years. I dread thinking about moving.

I lived for 14 years in my last house. I shipped boxes and boxes of stuff to the Philippines, but I couldn't believe the amount of junk that I then hauled out of the basement. :eek2: Getting rid of it entailed numerous trips to Goodwill and filling up our trashcans for weeks. plus getting permission from our neighbors to top off their trashcans on trash days. I ended up creating a four-foot pile on the front law & paying the handyman to haul it away.

Your task will only be twice as great.

I suggest yard sales, paying your workers & kids a 50% commission. Donate to charities & churches. Jettison, jettison, jettison! Start now. This will take forever. :wow:

Hehe, yes, I last moved a few years ago and still have a smallish crate of stuff parked in my bedroom.

Green, sickly-yellow, or especially purple skies are very, very clear indicators of extremely high tornado possibility. There is never a guaranteed sign to look for except the actual funnel, but the chances are extremely extremely high if you see the sky turn any of these colors.

edit: this only applies within tornado alley or similar geographic stretches elsewhere on the planet. The East Coast simply doesn't experience tornadoes, so supercell t-storms are just supercell t-storms, not twister transporters. In the Midwest, if the sky turns these colors, there is a tornado spawned by this storm, at some point... it might have been earlier, and disappeared after eight minutes, or it might show up later... but those colors are the colors of tornado spawning thunderstorms. Every single time I saw the sky turn these colors there was, in fact, a tornado that night, from that storm. Also there can be tornadoes without these colors.

I've been having re-occuring dreams about still being in college and not passing lately. Last night had a new twist - the campus was overrun with zombies but I had the ability to wall climb so I just ran around like spiderman having fun avoiding them.

Typical selfish American having a good time while the people around them perish. :shake:

Typical Canadian being jealous of his southern neighbours.

The above would definitely be an idea for a fun game.

For some reason, I keep having reoccurring dreams about areas of my town that don't actually exist, streets and buildings and entire subdivisions. And they remain surprisingly constant between dreams.

Another odd thing is I once dreamed about visiting a chicken restaurant on a specific street corner. I later found out that there was a chicken restaurant on that street corner...that was torn down before I was born. The only logical explanation I can figure out is that I'd somehow heard about it before and although my conscious memory forgot it it still got stuck away in there somewhere.

Or it was a vision of the future, of when you reopen that chicken restaurant.

There's a gas station there now. For some reason my town has an overabundance of gas stations, pizza places and hairdressers.

Not looking forward to it but figure it will be a good task to take on upon retirement. Set a goal to fill a large trash and one item from the attic every week until we've mastered it.
We have one room that has accumulated a lot of crap but we never have time to go through it all.

You could proclaim yourself the Exarch of Exarkhias.
