Organized Religions contribution is minimal except in a few cities, but it does contribute. Free Religion will give a small science boost, but also keep in mind the +1

for each religion in the city (small right now, since most cities have only 1 religion) and the diplomatic "bonus" for not being in a religion everyone else hates. Oh, and FR has Low upkeep compared to OR's High upkeep. Switching from Bureau to Nationalism and from Organized Religion to Free Religion will save us some money, too.
@MathNerd: We could switch later, but we'll save a turn of Anarchy by making a double switch, so if we can decide if we want FR, it would be better to make both switches at once.
If we weren't on the precipice of war, I'd consider building the Taj Mahal for another Golden Age (well, maybe still worth considering).
Edit: By some rough calculations, the fastest way to get the Taj is to have Antium build it. It will take 12 turns if the city is working all hills. Maybe a few more turns if it is not optimized for production. However, that is 12 turns of not building Catapults, so the Taj is going to cost us 5-6 Catapults. Is that worth it? I do not know.
