You know how save scumming is going back in time to before things went so horribly wrong?
"Trade scumming" is my term for two players setting up on adjacent islands in the same sea zone and trading via cargo ship over said insanely short distance despite it making little sense.
As opposed to trading between two continents or across a railway link or so forth.
Oh yeah, almost forgot: Mock Mock Mock!
@Arya: I'm pretty sure it was ten, and it's part of your expenses for this turn, AFAIK.
You need to build a radar dome before you can build tech centers, Arya.

Fixed the orders for radar instead of tech.
