What's wrong with our current Judiciary? I think we should keep it unless the new rules become very simple. If they do, I think that we should elect three Judicial members (rather than appoint them) for one-month terms. The President could appoint one as Chief Justice, subject to council approval. I certainly want a Judiciary elected by the people, rather than appointed by the President.
