Chineese being defeated on all fronts by Koreans. They have been further hampered by massive mine fields left behind the Indonesians as they left China, resulting in mass confusion and the cutting off of a large section of the Chineese army which has been surronded in the city of Dantong. However, the surronded Chineese have managed to put up a spirited fight against the Koreans and have inflicted heavy casualties. The Korean navy was destroyed by the less technologically advanced, but much larger Madagascar fleet.
Vikings and Aztecs found joint space program and alliance. The Vikings and Aztecs narrowly beat the Incans and Russians to the first orbital flight around the moon by just 3 days.
Indonesians launch their first manned space flight thanks to help by Aztec technicians.
The Egyptians have also launched their first manned spaceflight, however the second and third flights suffered mechanical difficulties forcing reentries and the deaths the crews, setting them behin in the space race.
War ends in South America, bringing complete peace to the Americas for the first time in many centuries.
The Madagascar blockade and burning of Zulu ports has resulted in the destruction of the Zulu invasion force of Eithiopia. However, the RNNA troops were able to land, grabbing a decent amount of territory. Coming from the west, Congo troops drove hard against the Eithiopians conquering masses of territory. However, the Eithiopian's advanced technology has inflicted heavy causualties upon the invading forces.
Philipenes rebel movement growing as supplies arrive from an outside source.
Arabs and Quebec build their first prototype nukes.

Build up the economy through reinstating the ancient lassaiz-faire system.
Re-establish the Rights of man, reopen Russian libraries from ancient times and build up the more Modern museum which is found outside Moscow and was created around when we had baloons.

The advisor was afraid that soon Korea will reach Honk-Kong.
The advisor desided to tell the empress sign the easyest peace.
Give the land to Korea and Free Philipines.
The desision was given and the army fortified all over the country.
A new plan was ready by the Empress and advisor.

Italy is offered a spot in the UIES.
I propose the construction of an alliance army, small in size, but taken from each of our forces and enabled to keep peace in situations affecting Europe. Russia offers the German, Polish and Greek minorities in her borders an opportunity to offer forces.
The base would best be situated on Malta, I feel, which would also make, in my opinion, a fine station for the UIES to operate from, a dandy headquarters for the Euro-Centric club.
Russian Orders:
Modernise the Armed forces, which I thought was being done last turn, but oh well.
