To all lurkers: don't get too excited and go all anticipatory with that.
Question is how many days would it take to go from "school" to "home".
Eg, pholky may decide to go visit his old flame and stay there for a week before getting back home.
Or he may decide to celebrate his "3 years anniversary" and got drunk and sleep in rubbish den for 3 days.
Or he may actually be staying in the school until weekend (for example, he was detained by the principal for inappropriate conduct

).
Or pholky may somehow decide that his house is not his "home", merely a place he stays in .... until such a fateful moment that he decides "home is home, afterall".
yes, very funny ~
The Sulu Dance
you can dance like sulu . . .
and, btw, @ Rowain ~ the XXXed out name and smaller font was a good touch
So I founded on the spot,
and agonized a bit over early MMing. I decided to go all out on production and work that plains hill first and forgo any growth. I'm sure that might earn my a

but my back is well-healed; i can take it.
It would take only 12 turns to get the WB that way, so I went ahead and did it. I also set our sights on Mysticism > Poly
2 turns later:
D'oh! Well, i guess city 2 is off-island.
As usual, our borders popped in 3800 bc and Myst came in 2 turns later.
Hey, it's been awhile ~ so i want to see tech splashes! So sue me.
Our workboat came due and went right on the fish for max growth. I started on another WB to explore the tiny bit of land you can spot in the Mysticism screen above.
Nothing much else happened for the next dozen turns, and Poly came in as expected . . . well, not exactly as expected:
Yeah, i had on "Choose Religions," so we're Taoist Natives. Well, not really as i didn't convert yet either . . .
And here's the our first city and isle.
I slotted in Sailing next as I had no idea where we wanted to go next. However, in retrospect now, I think Mining > BW is the way to go. All in all, a very normal opening in a very un-normal game.
