Zardnaar, you got this slight habit of replying, but just not quite responding to what the other person actually says. In these situations you repeat yourself, maybe slightly more insistently.

It avoids open disagreement making it conflict reducing, so I can see why you might do it, but avoiding acknowledging the disagreement also kind of gets you off the hook for providing evidence or reasoning backing your opinion/interpretation.

I don't deny it's a far-right meme. I am miffed about Pdoxs bowing to the far right though, and that there is a pattern of crap like this lately where something unnecessarily gets branded a "hate symbol" or some crap.

It's like the ok sign and you see headlines about celebrities using it and they're alt right Nazis.

Hell it started as a joke mocking the DJW types, but apparently the alt right is using it now.

Context matters as well, I can go to o my local university and find a copy of Mein Kampf on the it's Nazi reserve stack shelf. Omg Nazis Zard even used it in lol an essay (about Holocaust Denial) .

Got sick of strawmanning on the internet and people denying other people's experiences.

And for the record Mein Kampf is terrible. I used Marx and Engel along with Lenin as sources as well.

I don't like them because they hurt people and have some pretty distorted logic in their own right. Significantly worse than most stuff here, and when we're *actually* talking about far right more dangerous (depends on who/what you're counting as "far right" though, some people like to claim ~40% of the country is "far right" or something which is nonsense).

I don't like it when people empower them by allowing them to "ruin" anything by simply spouting idiocy. They are a fringe minority and when they do something illegal they should see the consequences for doing so. I see absolutely no reason anybody else should be considerate of words/phrases simply because the far right might use and think of them differently/to imply harm.

Yes, its origin in that capacity was to make something routine and accepted get ridiculous outrage/pushback to out people as unreasonable snowflakes. And despite how obvious an attempt it was, people took the bait. I think ADL recognizes it as a "hate" symbol now even. Total lunacy.

These are the same people who brought us "it's okay to be white" said w/o context getting people claiming it's racist (???), and the "Islam is right about women" signs just to strain cognitive dissonance a bit. All of this stuff is bait, and yet people keep taking it. Hard to feel bad for people so inept as to bite on that kind of overt bait/trolling tactic, the fact that it keeps working is an unfortunate kind of validation.

TBF CK2 should definitely be renamed to something that better fits what you actually spend the game doing. You don't do much crusading or warrior stuff, but you spend a lot of time trying to kill your wife to inherit her titles, or kill your brothers to keep them from inheriting yours.
