Simple IOT

Myth, I think a lot of people assumed this was modern. Oceania, Communist Netherlands, United Korea out of the ashes of North and South, Restored Prussia, it just doesn't make sense as a Civilization-era game.

I don't care what time it's set in as long as it stays simple. I don't understand the more complicated IOTs

Lands taken from the eastern tribes in blue.
The square represents out nations glorious capital

However Nara has recently grown tired of war, and she has decided she wants to look for trading resources, rather then taking them by force.

She has sent out 5 scouts to look for nearby lands to trade with. (5 MP into Trade Tech)

My roleplaying so far has assumed ancient civ, so I would kinda have to change it if we become post Apocalypse

The Kingdom of Prussia warns the Narians that they are settling on German Lands, which will only lead to conflict.

All right then, popular opinion seems to be to make it modern. So it's now 1950.

Czar Ivan, son of Peter, grandson of Yaroslav the first Czar, surveyed his lands. From here... he could see everything. His people's ancestral lands thrived, but there was more land, ripe for the taking by his people. His militia marched upon the Ukrainian plains, being merciful to those who joined his empire... but punishing those who didn't. The cost of resistance, mused Ivan, was human life. No longer would the Crimeans be dominated by those around them. It was time for their vengeance.
