Delete all versions of mod you have and install SVN one

Thank you for help, but I probably played old version. Now I tried new game and I see another starting tech tree and another city interface
Do you like it, lol?
SVN has made quite a bit of changes ever since the last official release, yeah.

Bug on Revision 11552, which I am playing for Latitude Mod and UEM compability: Land Unit withdrew to the other side of a water body.

This is where it was:

This is where it retreated to, crossing a body of water:

This was probably fixed on your end already, but in case it wasn't, here it is.

The current version is 11633.
Have you tried this yet?

No, I'm using an older revision because I'm playing with UEM, which requires Latitude - and latitude is not compatible with it yet.
Still, I felt it was worth posting, in case it was something which sneaked by you guys.

police dogs? really???and i killed off already 50?
Just DOGS.
Like I keep stating the obvious: the current AI is utter crap, and I have no idea both why and how to fixit.
I do suggest reevaluating the concept of "who is stronger" by taking into account actual unit strength, instead of trying to bury the enemy with swarms of pigeons.
In my ongoing game, I'm still mostly "2-3 times weaker" than most of my neighbors, yet I easily walk all over their 50 dogs with my 4 N.O.Axemen of Strength 15-20.
AI needs a lot of redesign, and it's sad.

Have you tried Not using SM? It makes a difference.

That's AI's problem, not mine, loool.
And here the thing is that all those dogs are weak even compared to unmerged units, nor is AI ever using them as "gang ambush" (which may have validated their number) anyways.
It's just broken, period.

The dog issue is not specific to SM but there are a few things that make it more stand out there.
There's work being done on that front but by Flabbert and his focus drifts a bit. I'd do more but trying to get a company to succeed rather than lose my home is a little more pressing personally.

With the latest revision (11633) I'm unable to make a path with a plain worker after having researched "The Wheel".

According to the tooltip the prerequisite is "Road Building" which is in contradiction with the civilpedia entry for "The Wheel".
