Civ_king is right, I cannibalized the Portuguese map for Congo. Seems I overlooked a few tiles.

Oh, and I forgot to create a core for them :D

Everyone knows Kongo colonized Japan in the 19th century, you ignorant ones

Of course I mean the Congo became a Colonial Power in Canada and Japan, who doesn't know that?

Philippines should be contested/historical for Indonesia
1 tile E and S of Angkor should be contested to Indonesia.

Tibet,Vietnam,Mongolia and much of Central Asia should be contested or historical for China if it is not already.

Since Tibet will be added as minor civ I guess China's stability map will change a bit.

I've almost forgot to post here again :p

West China,Mongolia and Central Asia should all be contested (Tang Dynasty).

Yes, seconded. Although I would like to see some Corean yellow for China (Lelang) as well,
they (AI) frequently conquer Corea with some regularity so I don't think that's necessary.
Why is the entire southern half of China only Historical though?
I'd like to suggest that it should be included into the core.

Before the French spawn, shouldn't Paris be historical for Rome? It seems a bit silly to have a city obviously placed for conquering not be in the "Historical Area" for Rome, when you're obviously supposed to capture it.

Rome's stability map have always been inexplicable. Contested Iraq but foreign core Britain?

I was thinking the same thing too, Britain does need Iraq in contested and the Romans need a redo in there stability map.

Yellow is basically Historical territory for your civ except that it happens to be in a foreign core.

So yes, Paris is historical for Rome, being Yellow.

Yes, Rome should get England as Contested as well.

And for the love of God, we don't need Yellow for the Dutch and Portuguese in Japan.
I don't think the presence of Dejima justifies pretty much what is represented as an occupation of what looks like ALL of Kyushu.
I can say the same for Portuguese Historical tiles for what I'm assuming is Macau.
The number of tiles they get look like practically all of Guangdong Province.

Well, you're half-right actually.
Paris is Foreign Core for Rome (not Foreign, which is Orange).
The eastern part of France and Belgium,
along with England and the whole of the Iberian peninsula,
should all be Contested for Rome.
