Alex, why are you using such an ugly map?

Well I'm hoping a certain friendly Francophile will help me find a better map but I'm not sure where to look for such a person... :mischief:

Having been defeated in Egypt, the Philistim have instead invaded Canaan and defeated the tribes occupying the coastline. In their former cities - Gaza, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Ekron and Gath - Philistim have settled down and have since then formed a loose league of cities led by a council of the greatest aristocrats - the seranim.

Start me in, well, Philistia (southern portion of modern Israeli Mediterranean coast).

Kal'thzar, why are you in Olmecia again?

Because since my NES (I think), he developed an Olmecomania and played Olmecia in every fresh-start, even those with random maps. ;)

That's scary.

At least I'm far away from him, so I'm not overwhelmed by weirdo little jaguar warriors.

But on one nice sunny day...

Wat? Ich verstehe nicht...

What nation? Caralis?

I'd like an alliance... :mischief:

We're called Sarisca. And certainly, an alliance is welcome. Although your 'mischief' smilie worries us. :p

K. The mischief was because I was calling you "Caralis" and not "Sarisca".

Where'd you guys get the idea for that, anyway?

Caralis is just the capital. Sarisca, I believe it's a mix of 'Sardinia' and 'Corsica'.
