History: Before year 1384bc Zulus were divided into different "city states", waging wars on each other. Peace is almost unknown concept for warlike Zulus, and wars have been fought for many different reasons; territory, recources, slaves, or for war itself. No city state had proved to be strongest, and it seemed that the war was never going to end. But that was about to be changed as only 16-years old boy U.K. Kekkonen
become the leader of one of the smallest city state in Zululand. His neighbours didn't take young promissing general seriously and tried to invade his lands with massive force. In battle of Kollaa young general faced his neighbours army of nearly 20 000 men with his army of 7 000. Dispite these tremendous odds he was victorious, and soon his neighbours were part of his rising empire. One by one he took lands of other city states before defeating united forces of three last (and most powerful) states. In battle of Tali-Ihantala (1385bc) Kekkonen defeated army of 120 000 men with 33 000 of his elite troops, Great Impi warriors(UU). These Warriors were armed with 2m long spears and short swords, and their huge shields protected them against enemy arrows. They were fierce warriors in melee combat and they didn't care about enemy numbers because of their unwawering faith in their leader.
After Battle of Tali-Ihantala Kekkonen had at last unified country torn apart by needless wars, and people of Zululand expect new age of prosperity and wealth.

Days continued to pass in Astile ever hundreds of years since the army reformation.

The army continued to grow in order to battle other Astile factions that wished to rule the lands, but none could oppose the new kings of Astile that brought order and strenght to Astile. Already all of northern Astile was udner the rightfull hands of the Tasm dynesty. All the grouth and new strenght were apealing for the kings but as the army power and lands grew the economy suprisingly dropped! It dropped like nothing ever seen in Astile before. While it havn't hurt the common men yet, they got money from the country... but the country money... Well that has been lowering since the first army was created... And soon the country will have problems to control it's army...
Well thats where King Sawir the 2nd came with an idea in 1421BC.
The country give the people country, and they pay taxes, but somthimes their taxes are too low to be able to support the money the country gives them, and they still control their own resources and so the country loose to the people too much. Too much. At the beginning Sawir thought of lowering the money people get from the country and making taxes a bit higher. That didn't worked and only angered the people of the capital who were the first and only people to hear of this. So he thought with his advisors for 3 whole years and 1 year befor his death he made a change in Astile. A new economic system.
Each familiy in the country will have some lands of their own. They could buy from the country more lands if they wish. People who don't work will be found with works from other people or will work for the country helping producing more resources, raw metarials and finished products. The country could than more efficiently work it's economy.
Each familiy that work for itself will give the country 1\4 of all it's makings (be it in money or in products). Another 1\4 each familiy must sell the country for half the price. The rest is theirs to do as they wish.
Each family except for some lands also recieve some money every some time from the country in order to help support them a little bit more.
All the new money and resources reaching the country will be used by the country for it's own needs. Army, economy, science support and most of all, trade. Yes trade is a must which Sawir decided to bring to Astile. As no lands routes existed from Astile to other places yet the King ordered that soem propeganda should be made so people will join the navy... Astile needed a navy for trade with countries from away in the seas.
