Hello, this is a very very simple IOT, since we were discussing it on chat something I want is a very simple IOT that takes just a few minutes to do orders, so here is Terra IOT: Roll to Rule.

Based very loosely on Roll to Dodge, in this IOT RNGesus reigns supreme, and your actions are all according to the dice, 20 sided to be specific.

Like in D&D a 1 is a critical failure and a 20 is a critical success, the numbers in between are various levels of failure or success, and like in a D&D game I as the GM will be here more to move the story along, try to keep things interesting, and give players things to do and possibly NPC's to interact with.

Orders:

Orders are simple though i'm going to put a current limit at 3 actions per turn so i'm not going crazy with rolls. If this is too few I will increase it to 5 but thinking not much higher than that.
