That's all well and good, but what did you achieve today? (Part II)

You like fat women?

A little too direct. Have to hide that in wordplay a little bit. Tongue-in-cheek misogyny can go a long way, so play it up. :goodjob:

Edit: to answer your question though - sure, I like fat women. There is nothing quite so suspicious as a skinny cook.

I never said the cheesecake was for her. And 'doing cheesecake', um… I really hate having to explain a joke.

Spilled water all over my shirt while laughing. Thanks.

Today I shouted obscenities at a defunct blender for a while and then shouted obscenities at my randomly slow computer for a while. I do believe it's Miller time.

Yep, those appliances won't berate themselves.

Got new tires on the '01 Escape - time to make that sucker run for another couple years.

Finished the weekly vacuuming.

Made a humungous sandwich.

burning some DVDs, and uhh... that's about it.

Watched the last Harry Potter. It was alright.

"The Civil War", Bruce Catton. I'd describe it as the reader's digest version (pretty light introduction). I have a few other books on the subject that I will get into now.
Catton's a fun narrative, if not particularly accurate or recent. McPherson is the best single-volume relatively recent book on the whole thing, but long as ass

but you probably knew that already
