ok everyone, please post the +1/-2 beside the civs so that we can ensure you've actually voted correctly

(red/green also works)
As per these: (So those without them can vote properly

)
Babylon > Denmark > Mongolia >= Inca > Spain >>>>> Polynesia
unless you exclusively play tiny islands or such.
* amusingly, if you do (or Terra), you can switch Spain/Poly to the head of the list but keep the rest as is.
Babylon gets 2x the GSpoints + free GS at Writing. So spammed GS ftw and goodbye tech tree once it's set up.
Denmark has the win over Mongolia for dom: 3 move, 18 attack, LS replacement, free pillaging, amphibious, 1 move cost to land then can still assault (at a max of 4 more move points post landing) on the same turn, and upgrades to another unit with special promotions??? unit power Vikings go!!!
vs some RA attacking knight. Though, it's still better than the Conquistador and a stupid idol.
The Incans are solid. There's no real 'map luck' involved with them, except for finding some hills and a mountain or two. Lots of those around. The 'dodge' promotion on the Slinger upgrades (oh, and it doesn't have the --att vs cities neg. promo.) so you can have mech infantry that dodge attacks all day
edit:
and the Spain/Inca scenario >> Poly scenario. Denmark scenario is a 'play each faction once then never again'. So it's more fun than the Poly scenario, but not getting played much after you do.
