The many questions-not-worth-their-own-thread question thread XV

Well this lady mentioned dropping his pants so maybe its the 2nd.

I am trying to so some work in a University library at the moment. I just went to one the toilets to take a dump. It was one of the smaller ones so there was only two cubicles. One of them was free. So I went into it and settle down for business. Then I realise there is a guy in the next cubicle crying.

This really put me off my game. I thought it was really impolite of him to ruin my excretion with his crying. I couldn't even take a crap listening to him trying to silently cry in the next cubicle. Really impolite.

How would you have handled this situation? Would you be unfazed, crapping away, not a bother in the world? Would you have gone Dr. Phil, knocked on the cubicle door asking if he was ok? Would you have powerfully crapped into the toilet and with a splash exclaimed, "Power through buddy, we all have tough *s-word* to deal with!"?

As funny as the last option is, I probably would have went with #1

I can remember years ago late one night hearing some guy outside my window bawling his ass off and screaming "NO!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!! NO!!!!!" Well, me and probably about 5 other people called 911 fearing the guy was getting knifed or something. Turns out his girlfriend had broken up with him, and he was following her to her car begging her to reconsider.

The words are a translation of what Yeltsin has just said. Bill is laughing at being insulted.

I thought that was male laziness...

I have access to Verizon FiOS here. Can't complain about the internet. Haven't had a TV.

Well recently it's arrived in my area ("Bell Fibe TV" is the name of the service, no Verizon up here). Considering I hate my current cable provider with a passion, I'm interested in this. Should save some money too. Is this superior technology to cable?

I can only speak to Verizon's version, and I've been pretty satisfied so far. Wouldn't know much about the technical side of things.
