No I have not noticed.
If someone converted to Judaism, would it be acceptable for that person to make Jewish jokes?
That episode of Seinfeld got me thinking about this:
Spoiler :
I find the idea that you can only make Jewish jokes if you are Jewish, Black jokes if you are Black, Catholic jokes if you are Catholic strange...
People should be able to joke about everything and if not than Non-American people shouldn't be allowed to make American jokes, Non-Dutch people shouldn't be allowed to make Dutch jokes etc..
Yes, it would be nice if there was no such thing as history.I find the idea that you can only make Jewish jokes if you are Jewish, Black jokes if you are Black, Catholic jokes if you are Catholic strange...

Why do the Dutch hate the Germans? Historical reasons?A Dutch man sees a man on his knees using his hand to drink water from one of Amsterdams canal.
He walks up to him and says in Dutch Hey you cant drink that water, its dirty and will make you sick.
The tourist shouts back in German: Was sagen Sie? (What are you saying?)
The Dutch man responds in German: Sie sollen mit zwei haende trinken, das geht besser! (Use both hands, its much better!)
What's the point of international student exchange programs?
