What's the equivalent of a 360 noscope in Europa Universalis?

I read somewhere that dryer sheets are popular amongst college students for some reason, but the author of that article implied it was for some sort of unsavory reason, since he refused to mention it.

What is that "unsavory" reason?

Spoiler :
Before anyone asks, no, I've never been to college.

Placing them over vents to obscure the smell of weed.

Dude you stuff them under the door too. And wrap them around your morning wood. Otherwise it gets cold.

anyone know of any inspirational youtube based sports videos which motivate and inspire?

The Rivaldo case in '02 and Scolari's comments on that at the time was the final nail in the coffin to denounce Brazilian football. The active support for it died out in '94 more specifically after the game against the Dutch.

How can I remember to buy some cashews?

I've written them on my shopping list, but I usually forget to take the list with me.

Think of me.

Just remember, turnabout is fair play.

I'll try to remember that.

ha....ha.....ha

Anyway, I did remember to get the cashews, and milk too. So, I thought, here comes the amazing culinary experience recommended by Mr EliteWarman8.

Tell the truth though, cashews washed down with milk is, well, cashews washed down with milk. Nothing special about it. To my palate at any rate.

I'm disappointed.

Whom do I sue?

Sue the manufacturer. ;)

Try this: cashews + rice + grilled chicken

Sounds kind of odd, but it's delicious.

How do you eat them exactly?

Cashews are gross. Don't get how anyone eats them.

They tasty! How can you hate them :D?

Where is this alternate universe you're living in?

I live in a universe where it's reasonable to hope that diving, play acting etc wouldn't exist in football and if/when it does happen coaches & team mates (especially R.Carlos in this particular case) would speak against it rather than celebrate it.
Whether this is the same universe you live in and specifically, if not, which one & where it is I really can't answer, sorry.

Okay, that question might be dumb: If I'm in another country, and want to call a number in that country from my mobile phone (not from that country), do I have to type in the country code before? I guess not, but better be sure ^^.

I don't see why you should. In fact it might even cost you more to do so, if they charge you for going through an international exchange. But really I wouldn't know, for sure. Some telecommunications expert would know. I bet there is one here.

Nope, in general. As the name suggests those numbers are for international calls. On very rare occasions it also might be cheaper to make an international than domestic call when one select between operators in neighbouring countries.

There were cases back in time when operators didn't necessarily have comprehensive roaming deals that a call from country A was 1st routed to your operator in country B after which the 'call' started back to A. This took time & the cost were astronomical and if there where no country code the call probably didn't connect anywhere. I still save all numbers with the country code.
