Week 3, Years 14 to 21: On the History of the Starwhomperian Supercluster and What We Found There
Also Known as All Quiet on the Northern Front, Enemy at the Back Door, and The Decision
"The state whose point of view is used is the Terranic Union. I promise that, within this history I shall not reveal secrets of the state other than the irrevocably set actions which cannot be undone or diverted. All Hail the Unionator!"
Battles raged fiercely throughout the galaxy. Aries Infiltrators destroy an ancient but powerful Aries Dreadnought over Baham. Boundless is destroyed by her ally… and yet kept thrusting herself upon her enemies. Aiken’s power has eclipsed that of the Argentis during his Hegemonic days or the Union during its Golden era. We all watch as he strikes down his enemies one by one.
Meanwhile, technologies advance at a lighting pace. Everyday brings new discoveries in fuel efficiency and stability for range, on weapons and armor, on sensors and scouts, and on engines and shields. Every alliance hoards their technology, too fearful of each other to trade.
And the mysterious Spacemesh has been activated near the end of this Galactic Rotation, changing the Union forever.
Local News
“Spacemesh activated, power up… power up… Power down! Power Darrrrgh!”- Lanx Research Station
“I am the Unionator. I am Spacemesh. Soon, I am All.” – Spacemesh/Unionater
The local history is dominated by the War of the Northern March. The Northern March is a cluster of stars from Baiten Kaitos Nu to Peacock, from Gormesia to Ashlesha. This year begun with an invasion from Baiten Kaitos Nu to Proxima, attacking the Krazite systems of Ashlesha, Gormesia and Peacock and opened the way for an Atikian counter attack. They took Ashlesha and Poxima, but our ships constantly harassed their reinforcements by placing mines at Ashlesha (recaptured and then placing 1 ship on it to deal them damage.) Another fleet beat off an Krazite counterattack on Peacock with emergency reinforcements from Gormesia. Our reinforcements were safe and arrived to see the flight of the Imperial forces to the Videmiatrix March on the outpost of Baham.
An abortive attack was launched when a scanning dreadnought was infiltrated by Aries spies. Although we saved the men, we couldn’t save the priceless artifact. It crashed through the defenses of Baham, but we ourselves were too weakened to continue on.
A final attack was launched on Jabbah Nu. The Imperial scientists at Baham have decoded the weapons we received from the Aikenauts (self-researched) and sent it to their Krazite frields. Our final attack fleet was destroyed, and with the growth of forces on the Baham outpost we were evenly matched in always.
With our request for additional technology rebuffed by the Aikenauts, all is quiet on the Northern March. There was word that we pushed a cease-fire in exchange for technology, but I am not authorized to say more.
This war lead to heavy industrialization of the conquered Northern March as well as the Galactic Horn, our home worlds.
The second event was Spacemesh. Designed to monitor our battleships, carriers, and troops for Aries infiltration and provide stratagetic feedback. It occupied all of the Lanx system, a shell around its small but strong star. It gained sentience, destroyed the local garrison and attacked the Unionator during his Psy-tech communication with our fleet.
The Unionator dominated Spacemesh before it launched our own WMD at our systems, but he is a new man. He knows us all in the most intimate way possible.
He is our biggest brother.

Boundless Betrayed!
Starring Aiken, TurdFergeson, and Boundless
The Aiken-Turd-Boundless alliance have conquered Katz Burgler and now turn their attention to the weakening Argentis Hegemony. No longer is Pax, or peace, suitable. However, as boundless maneuvers her fleets north, Aiken thrusts his war machine deep into her, seizing her assets and making her moan with pain. He gained himself a great advantage while she is now lost.
Consumed by the passion, she made a last ditch attack on Argentis, taking over 400 ships with her.
Lord Joakim is not Joaking!
Starring Aiken, Lord Joakim, Katz Burgler and TurdFergesun
The Joakim Lordship is small, wedged in a pocket-cluster to the southwest and barely holding on the Capella sector, with some of the richest systems in the galaxy. Tensions rose to ever higher hights between Joakim, the Turds, and the Aikenauts. Eventually, the Aikenauts used range to attack the backdoor to their system. Unable to defend two fronts, Joakim is resigned to hold the Capella Sector as long as he can while calling the rest of the Galaxy to fight the Starwhomper. Who knows who heard his call.
Immac Isolated
Starring Daftpathist Republic, Kraz Republic of Merciary, The Argentis Hegemony of the Free/United Cities of Merak, Immaculate
Immac is surrounded by Argentis, Aiken and the Northern alliance’s recovering member, the Kraz Republic of Merciary. He knows he will become a battleground, and decided that HE, not the first opportunist, will call the shots.
He invaded Argentis, brushing past the scattered opposition to capture various stars. Kraz and Daftpathist republic, both seeking a break in the stalemate, are seen sending reinforcements to invade from the side. How long can Immac hold out?
If he can hold them for a few more years, the fight will have paid off and will give him more momentum… if Argentis can personally direct a counter attack during his vacation, Immac would have paid the final price.

Note: Averages does not include dead or nearly dead/in the process of dying. No Boundless to affect the stats. Hegemonic Players and raided Players GREATLY mess up the stats.
