I think we should wait twenty years and then give them back. Greece's claims to the marbles are overwhelming but I don't think this kind of nationalist political stunt (by which I mean the empty museum) should be encouraged.

I voted No in the poll, but had I been asked the question a year ago it would certainly be Yes.

The musem is not empty; it is filled with other artifacts, some of which are the remaining parts of the Parthenon marbles There is a special room built in the size of the actual Parthenon, with the marbles that are here, next to replicas of those still outside Greece.
