The "OMG! Look what happened in DoC!" Thread

I'm glad you changed the personality of this lad, Leoreth:

How do you mean, not enough

I guess That's because of your vassals

I guess That's because of your vassals

Yes, my non-existent vassals
Funny that you posted that screenshot of Funchal, Bonci, because I saw Spanish Tenerife on that same tile for the first time in my last game too.

Europeans are giving more value to that tile because of the crab resource.

Conquerors don't trigger if Old Worlders arrive too early, but that's indeed a very early caravel.

Russian Egypt, they collapsed the next turn.

Byzantines still alive at the America spawn, I strongly believe this was due to their vassalization to the English.

I've just changed the AI that they value Theology a lot less if the player is Ethiopia and hasn't spawned yet (similar to how they are unable to build UHV wonders if the player who needs them hasn't spawned yet). That should make it less frustrating.

Persia founded taoism

Could you post a save?
It looks like something drastic happend in china.

Better yet, could you go into WB and look at China.

Here is what China looks, note that this is the next turn because it was the closest auto save to the previous pic

This is from an old svn version, China had all cities except it's capital taken by barbarians and then collapsed before they could do anything except found taoism and confucianism.

Later the mongols apparently built the great wall somehow. I thought it couldn't be built past the classical age?

This has to be my strangest Spain spawn, Rome surviving stable in control of of most of their empire (minus Arabian flips) and Greece stranded in Egypt.

Edit: also why does France raze and re-settle Paris on spawn?

Equal footing I guess. Paris from Rome=too strong a city. Paris from indies/Celts=too weak a city.

That's an interesting Iberia, even for year 1975 !

Polish imperialism has no limits .-.

I think I see them in Siberia (Northeast of Mongolia) . Is there ANYTHING we can do to stop the Polish from conquering the Old World?

Make Sobieski a less aggressive leader. Sobieski seems to be a fairly aggressive both in game as we can see by his conquests and in the code.
