Why did you build Utica?
I'll go out on a limb here and say that it was to speed up the circumnavigation of the globe. A Trireme can be waiting in a city in New Zealand and instantly upgraded upon learning Optics, and can then head east to meet up with a westward-bound Caravel that leaves from Europe at the same time.
Why did you build Utica?
