I said I had seen it happen twice BEFORE not in one night. It was before I joined Civfanatics though and I didn't really think to screenshot it at the time because I had no one to show it to anyways at the time.

That's the second time I saw independent conquerors. The first time I saw them was when I was playing as the Russians on RFC Synthesis.
