Interesting. So you argue that management of 60+ years ago is at fault (which in a weird way I can see), and I argue that the unions of today are at fault for the current woes.

And you argue that the unions of today exist because of the management of 60+ years ago.

So I assume we could agree that in order to compete with a good labor force, one can assume today's management would want to appeal to todays worker, so thus deunionization should take place in the automobile industry? Otherwise, with poor quality labor, the company would wither away anyways.

We should let the free labor market decide.
