I'm glad to see that we aren't the only people who care for the environment, as the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Technology Initiative has demonstrated. We only hope that when OBP finishes this wonderful technology, they at least sell the technology to other nations so that everybody can help in reverse the damage done to our planet through extreme use of contaminant fuels and nuclear weapons (OOC: Yes, Crezth, I am looking at you! And you too, TLJ and Warman17!).
Yours faithfully,
General Manuel Arquillo, Chief of the Andalusian State

That offer sounds good. Indeed, we could allow you to build a warehouse and port in the Atlantic coast. Perhaps one in the Province of Huelva (the most western of all) would work well. Would you mind contacting our Ministry for Finances (OOC: PM me) in order to discuss the details of the contract to be signed?

I would be glad to hear an answer to the offer I sent your countries through your embassies in Andalusia last year (OOC: have you actually read my PM?).

Be it known that we won't support the CLS unless you decide that you will let them go their own way. This is not in no way an insult to the nation, I'm just pointing out that the CLS is a rebellion against their own democratically chosen government, which is, in our opinion, a very stupid thing. However, while we can support you diplomatically, our tiny state won't be able to send you any help similar to the one given to the CLS: this would have to be an international effort in order to balance everything.
Of course, all of us remember that the former United States of America, the core of the current Union of Federated States, was itself a colony of the British Empire before rebelling against them. The difference here is that the USA was doing that against a government in which they didn't have any representation, real or not. And we also remember the Guerra de Secesión (OOC: the name given to the American Civil War in Spain), happening over the facts that a president not to the liking of the Southern states had been chosen and the possible end of slavery.
This Second Guerra de Secesión is happening for something even more stupid! Please, stop this senseless war! Stop the senseless killings and the senseless destruction of a nation!
As per the trade agreement, please send a message to our Ministry for Finances (OOC: PM me) in order to decide the details of the agreement.
Yours faithfully,
General Manuel Arquillo, Chief of the Andalusian State

Your Holiness, I, your humble servant, would like to point out the fact that supporting the division of the nation that saved the Catholic Church from being completely annihilated by the nuclear bomb that hit the ancient city of Rome is something only an ungrateful person would do. Instead, you should ask for the end of the war to come as soon as possible and pray for the souls of the people who are dying in this most useless war. We know that we are already doing that.
In this moment, we are also praying for your Holiness to stay safe in the city of Havana, which we know is currently very near to the combat zone. Should you feel that you are in a dangerous situation, Andalusia would be glad to offer you sanctuary until the fighting has ended.
Yours faithfully,

Would you be willing to install in our country a factory dedicated to the video-game industry? Should you desire to do so, you could also finance a program to introduce computer programming to our students, which could give you quite a few workers for your company. Call my Ministry for Finances (OOC: PM me) if you wish to do so.
Yours faithfully,
General Manuel Arquillo, Chief of the Andalusian State
OOC:
@EQ: you forgot to change the name of the Chief of State in my country. It still lists him as José Roberto, when it should be Manuel Arquillo. Also, you should say which is Tunisia's answer to Warman's offer to join the MEC. Anyway, GREAT UPDATE!!!
