UK CFC Meet up?

I'll be there with bells and whistles. I'm leaving Wed. night so firming up the pub would be very helpul. :D

What's left of me after the previous night's gig going will be attending at some point, hopefully reasonably early on in the proceedings.

Noncon will.

And I still maintain we should hand out mobile nos so us coming from further away can notify in case of accidents etc on motorways.

I have a bet on with Whomp so I'll be there to collect. Not sure for how long though.

What's the latest with plans anyway?

That's 1 reason the list needed to be made. Posting mobile phone numbers openly might not be very wise. With that list you can PM all participants. :D

We leave tomorrow in a driving snowstorm Wed. How nice. :)
Holly and I will need directions to the restaurant and pub so we don't get lost. I doubt my mobile will work there.

Well its nothing like snow over here atm Whompster. Check your PMs for my cell number.

I'm a maybe as well. My mother and sister think I should go, my dad thinks it sounds a bit too much effort, and at the moment I'm leaning towards a "can I be bothered to spend all day on the trains?" with the answer of "ummm... don't think so". I'd definitely need to stay the Saturday night, or arrive at 1 and leave by four. Stupid slow trains....

You should NEVER meet your heroes Sophie, you'll only be disappointed :D

Sophie: Surely there are London-based CFC-ers where you can sleep ? Or friends, relatives or someone else you know in London. And if you do leave by 4; I am as well leaving around 4 pm. I need to be back in Malmesbury by 6:30. Perhaps we can travel back together for a part of the return-trip, if you need go my way.

Ah come on. Can someone put Sophie up for the night?

The Starbuck's address is 55 Oxford St. and is at the corner of Oxford and Soho. Yes?
Do we have a restaurant and pub picked for later? Is anyone going to join Holly and I instead of the museums?

Heh, your mum and sister are encouraging you to go meet weirdos off a civ forum? That's cool family! :D

I could personally put Sophie (or anyone really) up, I have a nice flat near Camden, I can get an airbed off a friend quite easily (Well, in theory: last time he lent it to me, I didn't give him back all the parts for a month and couldn't ge the blasted thing back into its box properly). Though I personally wouldn't go and stay at the home of some random guy's place who I don't know, although I am particularly harmless :P

Also what's the alternative to museums (Being a Londoner I care not for touristy things)
