Why eight? Tawantinsuyu means (roughly) 'land of the four quarters (or corners, or regions...)', not eight.

I realize that. The reason I went with eight is because to get that UHV goal you have to control almost twice as much land than what the Incans historically controlled thus I decided on eight regions. That's the nature of these stretch goals.

Perhaps an alternative might be Andean Empire or something to that effect.
