Before requesting units, you should look in the forum on your own. If you did it, you would have found a thread "11 Roman Units" or something like this. These units should be what you want, if you mean "Roman Legion". Search for it, i have no time for this now.

no really a modern day paratrooper , marine and infantry legion unit , ... no one has done it yet , there are a few for civ III but nothing good for IV bts at all

I have implemented a simple fuel scheme so units can be refuelled and run out of fuel. A unit which runs out of fuel has zero movement and much reduced strength, until it can be refueled. For more details see this thread. You can try it out by downloading the release in the thread in my sig.

During playtesting, I have had gunships (helicopters) run out of fuel. I am sure they could land safely. But what I would like help with, is a new unit which is a "grounded gunship". In particular, its main propeller should be motionless, and its shadow should make it appear to be on the ground. A hovering gunship which is out of gas looks really wrong!

If anybody could create this modified unit, I'd appreciate it. The mod is playable and people are submitting art for it, so I can easily roll the new unit into the next release of the mod. All I have to do is switch the unit type when my python code makes it run out of gas, and switch back when it is refuelled.

Since i'm dumb in reboning (and skins are made already or could be easily reskinned for different country infantries) i would ask fo reboning this units:
- AT Infantry body with paratrooper animations
- Infantry body with paratroopers animations
- Marine Infantry body with Machine Gun Animations

looking for a hidden nationality fighter that can bomb without declaring war. I tried using stock jet fighter with Hidden Nationality and Always Hostile, but am unable to get the plane to engage a city.

Almost all of the existing Civ4 units seem to either have skirts or helmets. Is there any mesh that could easily represent a man wearing either skin-tight clothing or no clothing at all, without extensive adaptation required?

Somehow I must have missed pictures with Spanish Soldiers in them (ones that I can see enough of the uniforms in color to base a model off of). I clicked on the links, saw pictures, but not what I needed.

Ted Turner I'm not... I need something in color (it can be a painting or drawing) because a B/W picture is essentially pointless when trying to find the proper colors.

well there are cards in b and w , but they tell the exact colors of each uniform piece , hence the Q

They don't care. I've downloaded rather large files from such places, you just have to split the download up.
