Vampires don't age. AFAIK Werewolves still do.
That's a big plus for Vampires.

Anne Rice's vampires never aged physically but became more powerful over time.Well, I think vampires do age, albeit slowly, and as they age, their powers increase...ie. they get stronger or faster, or show other powers younger vampires may not show.
Also, if vampires didnt age, how did the "truebloods" (i.e. vampires born a vampire) in the Blade series grow through puberty into adulthood?
Vampires have an advantage, because Kate Beckinsale is beautiful.
Being awake all night and in bed all day is a rockstar life my friend.I'll side with the werewolves on this one.
Being destroyed by sunlight is decidedly un-cool.
Woman: "Count Dracula"!!
This. Not only she is beautiful, but she is dead sexy.
Not a 'real' Vampire in what sense? She's not a real vampire though ... we have to keep that in mind.
Oooger Boooger.A mixed breed of them both!

I just wondered because I couldn't remember the film if she was some kind of inter-breed.She's an actor playing one .... duh
(Those I realise how idiotic my statement looked! Thanks)
