It depends what you mean by "exactly repeat the previous event" (based on the South African rules):

• What is the chance of winning the lottery = ~1/42 million
• What was the chance the last result was 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 = ~1/42 million
• What is the chance the next result is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 = ~1/42 million
• What is the chance the next 2 results are the same as each other = ~1/42 million
• What is the chance the next 2 results are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (ie. 3 in a row) = ~1/(42 million squared) = ~1800 trillion = ~1.8 quadrillion

If there are 50 a year:

• What is the chance the next result is the same as one in the last year = 50/42 million = 1/1.2 million
• What is the chance of getting a result twice within a year in a years lotteries = (50 squared)/42 million = 2500/42 million = 1/17 thousand

I agree, of all the things you can gamble on lotteries have the lowest return (0.5, or you expect to get half your money back) and are untrustworthy. Nowadays anyone with access to the internet and tor has ways of gambling that have almost complete trust and return very close to 1. Cryptocurrency speculation would be what I would use, but I do not so I do not actually know what is best.

However, if a lottery was rigged, it would be neither a sequence or a repeat. Many people bet on this exact sequence, so they all got less than they would have most weeks. People complain, so people will look particularly hard at this one. If they were rigging it, you would not see like this.

the lottery is visibly rigged , because it is yet another sign of who has POWER and MUST be obeyed and those who don't like it must roll over and die . You know the drill , that there will be like 8 or 10 centrifugal things with 10 numbered balls in them , and a woman to take one out and TV cameras will be showing the winning number . Well , once one of the ladies was delayed and by the time she got the ball to raise it up , the winning number was already on the screen . You would think they would learn ? Sometime later the announcer read the winning number , before any of the women had a ball ... Or , the winners are always from a specific neighbourhood of Ankara . Mine is a country where the Sharia Law is a short term goal , you know the legendary requirement to cut off the hands of thieves ... I know nothing about the Turkish lottery, but the thing is in the UK lottery the people running it get about half of what is payed in for just printing some stuff (eg. scratch cards, 50% goes to prises, 5% goes to charity and 45% goes to Camelot). If that is not a scam, then I am not sure any are. They are getting so much already, anything they do to sow distrust will likely lose them money, so they may not be doing it. They might, people are greedy and stupid, but it is not a given.

help me here , on what ı should rant about ... 73 million liras of contract somehow enlarged to the payment of 754 million liras ? Or 14 or 17 or 19 thousand liras of contract resulting in a payment or 13 million liras ? Or the State's accounting office legally made pointless still publishing the reports where these numbers come from . Because they will steal , they emasculated the thing , right ? ls it because they should be kept open because America might find it useful to install a new New ?
