"Life" is no more than a series of complex chemical reactions that arose by chance in a small corner of the universe. Hydrogen fusion is what the universe is really about.
At least one corner. But life still seems to have a goal.

The newest wave in the attempt to secure our individual illusion of progress is the internet, and more notably, collective sites like Wikipedia that allow us to believe we are taking part in the shaping of the internet, thus progressing.
